Job Description:

The location of Palm Beach, FL is in need of Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to work the market of Clewiston and Belle Glade and this position is open for applicants.

The ideal schedule consists of 1:00PM to 6:00PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as a weekday that can be adjusted.

As a part-time Merchandiser with Coke Florida, you will be tasked with managing customer accounts and ensuring that we are always meeting their needs. This involves regularly replenishing our products and maintaining positive relationships across all sales channels.

Responsibilities:

• Keep up with company policies by establishing and maintaining product displays and equipment placements at the highest level of quality.
• Ensure the optimum levels of inventory of beverages are maintained in all accounts. Moreover, pay special attention to the allocation of shelves and provision of refrigeration equipment.
• The management of back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in the assigned accounts is crucial for the smooth functioning of the business.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through appropriate follow-up measures, including follow-up phone calls, emails, or even in-person visits.
• Ensure that you maintain a professional and amiable relationship with coworkers, shoppers, and customers.
• Maintain the appropriate inventory, organizational resources, point of sale, and meet the company's standard of merchandising. Adequately presenting and shifting products as necessary.
• Conduct store surveys.
• Promptly communicate necessary account modifications, including equipment service needs, to ensure timely and efficient resolution of any issues.
• Consistently rotating products in designated accounts is key to ensuring proper merchandising standards are met.
• Systematize the inventory in the backroom by categorizing each item.
• Ensure that the equipment, sales floor, and shelves are free of dust, dirt, and debris to provide a comfortable shopping experience for customers.
• Take charge of point-of-sale advertising by modifying, moving, and maintaining it accordingly to meet the client's needs.
• Ensure that attendance is consistent and punctual.
• Stay late for urgent tasks, when requested.
• Respect and conform to the company's protocols, practices, and relevant legal statutes.
• Being aware of the hazards in the workplace and reporting them can help ensure the safety of all employees.

Requirements:

• Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED certification.
• Although a university degree is preferred, candidates with an associate degree or diploma from a 1-2 year college program are also encouraged to apply.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Aptitude to seize and handle objects of differing masses and dimensions that require refined fine motor abilities and a synchronized hand-eye performance.

• Nowadays, having the ability to read information presented in small, medium, and large prints is an essential skill.
• To be eligible for this job, one must have the capability to stand for at least 6 hours each day.
• Need to be able to walk for a distance of at least 4 miles while on duty.
