Job Overview:

Another vital part of the Shipping and Receiving Associate's job is constructing secure pallets from items in the Seasonal Automated Warehouse. They must adhere to safety, accuracy, and efficiency standards while surpassing any company expectations for stable pallets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The job of an assistant in an automated environment involves the utilization of advanced machinery, software, and computers to help with item selection and placement. You also strictly adhere to all existing safety policies and procedures at CCCI while working in a loud, time-sensitive environment, requiring you to multitask and make quick judgments.
• Builds strong team relationships to carry out efficient and coordinated warehouse processes.
• Shows versatility in meeting the demands of the job by keeping up-to-date with the complexities of working in various areas within the organization, including Flow Rack, Pallet Pick, Semi-Automated Lanes, and HQS, and accomplishing the minimum performance benchmarks for each area.
• Assisting in the warehouse's operations involves ensuring that your work area is kept tidy and free of trash and rubbish, promptly cleaning up any spills that happen, and following the proper waste disposal and recycling protocols.
• Implements careful, accurate, and efficient systems for managing warehouse inventory, with the aim of limiting shrinkage to acceptable levels.
• Undertakes a variety of tasks to maintain the efficiency of a warehouse in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications:
