Other Compensation Information

• Once training is completed, workers will be paid according to their level of output, with the basic hourly rate being $24.35.
• Those who work the night shift are eligible for a $.75 per hour differential payment.After training, compensation varies by output and the standard base pay rate is $24.35 per hour. Top performers can exceed $30 per hour.
• Working in a freezer entitles you to a differential of $0.50 per hour.
• Weekend premium pay of $2 per hour is something the employees can benefit from.

What you need to succeed

• be at least 18 years old
• work a rotating schedule which includes some weekends and holidays
• work fluctuating shifts, when needed
• select, lift, carry and stack product weighing
• 67 pounds for Frozen Foods and Produce
• 85 pounds for Boxed Meat/Dairy
• stand, bend, and stoop and do repetitive work for long periods of time
• operate a pallet truck or forklift without any part of the body exposed outside of the operator compartment
• perform job duties efficiently, accurately, and safely
• read, write, and identify and verify numbers
• interpret, understand, and follow instructions and
• Pass a Physical Agility Test, as applicable
