The CDL A Delivery Driver is accountable for selling and distributing products on proper routes while building strong relationships with the customers to offer superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth. Furthermore, to guarantee product availability at accounts, the Route Sales Driver ensures that all beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors are filled as per Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

  • Boost revenue and volume in assigned accounts by pushing sales, developing distribution channels, arranging displays, and implementing promotional actions.
  • Daily product sales and deliveries are made to specific accounts according to established procedures.
  • To meet CCBCHC standards, stock all accounts with appropriate merchandise.
  • Carry out Point of Sale advertising transportation, replacement, and maintenance procedures based on each account's specific requirements.
  • Keep a day-to-day account of product, cash, and asset movement to ensure accurate accounting.
  • Managing the invoicing and collection process with precision and accuracy.
  • Forge alliances with account personnel and offer unparalleled customer support to all accounts through frequent communication, timely resolution of any problems, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Keep all CCBCHC equipment and product displays in a polished and orderly condition.
  • Ensure proper upkeep and organization of the storage area while dealing with trade breakage for assigned clients.
  • Ensure that all CCBCHC safety standards are met by conducting vehicle and load inspections before departure.
  • Demand compliance with CCBCHC's quality assurance guidelines in all accounts.
  • Providing a safe working environment is critical to ensuring occupational health.
  • Foster harmonious and constructive relationships with coworkers and clients.
  • Pay close attention to the promotional activities, sales figures, and merchandise of your opponents.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent will be given preference.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 1-3 years of general work experience are preferred for this role.
  • Commercial driving experience is necessary, and a year or more of experience is preferred.
  • If you have a background in grocery store or consumer products, you may be well-suited for this particular opportunity
  • Experience in the field of customer service is a plus.

Training Requirements:
