After your first dash, we'll send you a Dasher activation kit that contains items like a food warming bag, Red Card, hand sanitizer, and mask for Dasher safety.

Do I need any experience to be a DoorDash driver?

Nope! You don't need any prior work experience. But if you do have previous experience in the rideshare, food, or courier service industries, delivering with DoorDash is a great way to earn money.

We welcome drivers and bikers from other gig economy or commercial services such as UberEats, Postmates, Lyft, Caviar, Eat24, Google Express, GrubHub, AmazonFresh, Instacart, Amazon, Uber, Waitr, and Bite Squad.
