  • Approximately $60,000 a year will be awarded as pay for the Night Beverage Manager position, which may fluctuate based on the candidate's experience levels.

In the role of a Warehouse Manager, it's important to monitor equipment and machinery, and conduct regular maintenance checks to avoid breakdowns and unforeseen downtime

The Warehouse Manager is a crucial member of the Operations and Sales Center Team, responsible for running the Warehouse, Equipment Service, and Fleet departments efficiently. This position includes making essential personnel decisions such as hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline and termination of team members based on Company policies. Also, the Warehouse Manager manages inventory and employs statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement initiatives.

The employee must possess necessary communication skills to convey information to other team members, superiors, and external stakeholders of the organization

  • To facilitate effective management, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports are submitted and reviewed.
  • Implement strict inventory control policies to eliminate waste and promote an efficient use of inventory, helping reduce costs and maximize profits.
  • Scrutinize statistical reports and data with the objective of identifying scopes for ongoing betterment.
  • Remain up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and best practices, ensuring that all budgeting and reporting activities comply with relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain oversight of the product rotation process to promote effective inventory management.
  • The operational design of the warehouse is optimized to enhance performance.
  • Manages the transportation of goods through incoming and outgoing trucking activities.
  • Guide and train employees in effective forklift operation and warehouse management.
  • The safety and favorable image of the food manufacturing plant rely on the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, which must be maintained at all times
  • Keep the company grounds presentable by preserving their physical appearance.
  • Dictates and monitors the daily tasks of the Equipment Service staff.
  • Entrusted with the task of maintaining the fleet's condition and verifying that each truck inspection is accomplished as per the prescribed regulations.
  • Work with the leadership team to create a conducive work atmosphere, provide employees with development opportunities, and cement the organization's position as a top employer.
  • All regulations, work methods, and procedures should be observed, complied with, and reinforced accordingly.
  • Collaboratively operate with the administrative department situated in the Black Hills.
  • Communicate with other managers in the sales center to make sure it functions efficiently, effectively, and financially viable.
  • In charge of overseeing the protection and security of the supervised staff, safeguarding the valuable machinery and property of the sales center, and preventing any major disruptions in the overall business operations.
  • Stay informed about new information and technology affecting your area of expertise to encourage innovation and ensure compliance is met.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
