Available in over 4,000 cities in the U.S, DoorDash connects local businesses and local drivers (called Dashers) with opportunities to earn, work, and live.

As a Dasher, you can be your own boss and enjoy the flexibility of choosing when, where, and how much you earn. All you need is a mode of transportation (bike, car, scooter) and a smartphone to start making money. It’s that simple. You can even sign up and begin working that same day. How to Sign Up

• Click “Apply Now” and complete the sign up
• Get the app and go

**Prospective Dashers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia must be at least 19 years old

Dasher Gear:

After your first dash, we'll send you a Dasher activation kit that contains items like a food warming bag, Red Card, hand sanitizer, and mask for Dasher safety.

What's a delivery like?

Once you receive a delivery or task opportunity, you'll see where it is and what you'll make, and can choose to accept or reject it. Once you accept, there are generally three steps, all of which are clearly outlined in the Driver app:

1. Drive to the restaurant

2. Pick up the food

3. Drive to the customer to drop off the food

Promotions:

Promotions like Peak Pay, Challenges, and Delivery Streaks help you earn more.

Peak Pay: pays you more per delivery or task.
Challenges: let you earn extra money for completing a certain number of deliveries or tasks in a set amount of time
Delivery Streaks: allow Dashers to earn extra money by accepting and completing offers consecutively while on a dash when the promotion is in effect.

Are there car requirements for driving with DoorDash?

Nope. You can use any car to drive, deliver, and earn. You just need a valid driver's license and insurance.
