Job Overview:
In the CCCI sales hierarchy, the Account Manager position is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for generating sales, processing orders, and executing commercial plans.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To ensure the continued success of the company, the assigned group of customers will be supervised, serviced, and managed by the individual. Regular scheduled routes must be followed, generating sales orders to ensure fulfillment of each customer's delivery requirements while contributing to the financial results of the organization, including revenue, volume, and gross profit.
- Performs relevant campaigns for newly launched products and promotions by utilizing targeted listings. Implements monthly Look of Success (LOS) plans, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial schemes for assigned clients to ensure exceptional RED (Right Execution Daily) ratings.
- The task of maximizing operational efficiency is fulfilled through the creation of effective orders that meet drop size targets, reduce occurrences of shrinkage and expired products, conform to routing schedules, and are approved by customers.
- Demonstrates an assertive and dynamic selling attitude to efficiently promote contractual arrangements, promotional offers, novel items, and allocation procedures.
- Maximizing effectiveness in customer communication requires understanding their unique needs and preferences, and adapting communication styles accordingly.
- Maintains awareness of market activities and competitive landscape, and conveys pertinent information to relevant parties within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
