Job Overview:
In their capacity as the Order Fulfillment Specialist, individuals must undertake several warehouse system activities to ensure precise and accurate tracking of inbound and outbound goods. Finished goods, raw materials, and deposit items are all meticulously documented by the Clerk, who must also oversee the optimal flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. In addition, the Clerk must communicate effectively with warehouse management, other departments, and business partners to ensure the smooth management of warehouse activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Through the use of warehouse systems, companies can streamline the processing of inbound and outbound loads, including Stock Transport Orders, purchase orders, customer shipments, and deposit loads
- Completing and refining warehouse systems reports that detail inbound and outbound schedules, dock management, stock availability, and yard upkeep can prove highly beneficial to optimal warehouse performance
- Cooperates with warehouse management, various departments, and external associates to foster efficiency, validate the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments, administer appointment scheduling, and allocate available resources
- Adapts to changing reporting requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all logs and reports are updated as necessary to reflect any new regulations or requirements
- In addition to creating pallets, the primary responsibilities include maintaining a clean and secure work environment, as well as fulfilling any other directives as defined by management
- Should be prepared to take on extra assignments

- Having a basic grasp of warehouse procedures and systems, as well as the ability to use basic PC applications such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint, is vital for anyone working with logistics

- The ability to handle a weight of 75 pounds

Minimum Qualifications:

- It is possible for newly hired employees to become certified in the operation of a Pallet Jack, which is classified as a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), during their opening 30 days of work.
