The remuneration for this role is determined by one's experience level, with an hourly wage between $18.00 and $22.70

Our operation hours are limited to Monday through Thursday, offering clients with a convenient time frame of 3:30 in the afternoon until 2:00 in the morning

Job Overview:

The role of the Seasonal Automated Warehouse Packaging Associate is to retrieve and stack specific products and quantities as stated on a pick ticket or computer screen. They do this by putting the items on an assigned conveyor or pallet in a safe, efficient, and accurate way while taking into account any safety, accuracy, and efficiency goals set by the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• As an assistant, you play a critical role in the item selection and organization procedure in an automated environment by utilizing complex machines, computer equipment, and software. While doing so, you always maintain strict compliance with all of CCCI's safety protocols and procedures while working efficiently and effectively in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Contributes to the effectiveness of warehouse operations by working jointly with a team.
• Shows proficiency in adapting to various roles and responsibilities by possessing comprehensive knowledge of the work areas, such as HQS, Pallet Pick, Semi-Automated Lanes, and Flow Rack, and meeting the baseline expectations for all of these areas throughout the workday.
• To aid in the warehouse's maintenance and upkeep, you will support the work by keeping your workstation clean and waste-free, cleaning up any spills or stains as and when they occur, and following all relevant garbage removal and recycling procedures.
• Executes dependable, exact, and swift strategies for organizing warehouse inventory, with the ultimate goal of curtailing shrinkage to an acceptable degree.
• Supports the effective operation of a warehouse in a dynamic setting by completing miscellaneous tasks as required.

• Exhibiting the proficiency to work in a high-velocity surrounding while ambulating and frequently raising 30 lbs.
• Proficiency to hoist objects up to 75 pounds in weight.
