The Forklift Driver is responsible for material movement throughout the facility and grounds, and must be adept at operating forklifts and pallet jacks in order to do so.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Select vending and cold drink equipment that can effectively serve the sales requests.
- By applying protective wrapping and attaching the proper documentation (STO), the safety and security of outbound loads can be made certain.
- As per CCCI's guidelines, assist with the loading and unloading of trailers to support delivery operations. Keep track of inbound and outbound loads and ensure accuracy by updating SAP and CONA through handhelds. This maintains accountability for the territories serviced by the Regional Operation Center.
- Make safety and cleanliness a top priority by performing all necessary pre- and post-trip assessments, confirming the accuracy of daily records, and keeping the work area clean and uncluttered.
- Undertake assorted activities as directed, such as arranging equipment and yard work, including junk removal and ensuring the area remains tidy and free of debris.
- Utilize a switching device to maneuver both 53' and pup trailers to the appropriate dock location.

- Iterative embarking and dismounting from a forklift.
- The manipulation of truck dock entrances and exits by opening and closing doors is an integral part of warehouse operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certification for forklift and pallet jack operation includes both theoretical and practical training to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Switcher operation certification.
- The possession of a CDL of Class A may be prescribed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work history in the field of logistics and transport.
