Other Compensation Information

• In-training employees can anticipate an hourly pay of $19.48 and the length of training will be determined by their productivity, safety, and quality of work. After training, compensation varies by output and the standard base pay rate is $24.35 per hour. Top performers can exceed $30 per hour.
• A $.75 per hour night differential pay is offered to employees who work late hours.
• An additional payment of $0.50 per hour is offered to freezer workers as a differential.
• Additional pay of $2 per hour is given to those who work during the weekend as premium.

What you need to succeed

• be at least 18 years old
• work a rotating schedule which includes some weekends and holidays
• work fluctuating shifts, when needed
• select, lift, carry and stack product weighing
• 67 pounds for Frozen Foods and Produce
• 85 pounds for Boxed Meat/Dairy
• stand, bend, and stoop and do repetitive work for long periods of time
• operate a pallet truck or forklift without any part of the body exposed outside of the operator compartment
• perform job duties efficiently, accurately, and safely
• read, write, and identify and verify numbers
• interpret, understand, and follow instructions and
• Pass a Physical Agility Test, as applicable

A Frozen Food Warehouse Maintains a Long-Term Temperature Range of Zero to Negative 20 Degrees Fahrenheit to Keep Products Fresh and Safe.

Successfully working in the produce warehouse hinges on the ability to thrive amidst fluctuating temperatures that can span from 55° to 35° Fahrenheit over an extended duration, whilst also adapting to a wet environment.
