Job Overview:

Another vital part of the Package Sorter's job is constructing secure pallets from items in the Seasonal Automated Warehouse. They must adhere to safety, accuracy, and efficiency standards while surpassing any company expectations for stable pallets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The job of an assistant involves aiding in item selection and sorting within an automated setting, utilizing complicated machines, software programs, and computers, while strictly adhering to all the existing rules and procedures governing safety measures at CCCI. You are capable of juggling multiple responsibilities while making prompt and effective decisions in a constantly changing, loud environment.
• Engages in team efforts to organize and coordinate warehouse activities efficiently.
• Maintains a high level of competency in handling diverse tasks by keeping abreast with the intricacies of working in several areas within the organization, such as Pallet Pick, Flow Rack, Semi-Automated Lanes, and HQS, and fulfilling the minimum standards for each of these work environments.
• Your responsibility for the warehouse's upkeep involves cleaning your work area to keep it clear of any clutter and debris, and being ready to clean up any spills or drips promptly, while taking into account all relevant garbage removal and recycling policies.
• Utilizes reliable, precise, and efficient techniques to handle warehouse inventory, aiming to keep shrink at an acceptable level.
• Contributes to the efficient functioning of a fast-paced warehouse environment by executing diverse activities as directed.

• Demonstrating the skill to function in a quick-paced ambiance while pacing and repeatedly lifting 30 lbs.
• Capacity to lift loads that do not exceed 75 pounds.

• Experienced in arranging and coordinating effective warehouse procedures that ensure efficiency and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
